How Delta Exterior Washing LLC collects, uses, and protects the information you give us.
Effective October 27, 2026
Overview
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use https://deltaexteriorwashing.com, call us, text us, or ask us to quote work, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers Delta Exterior Washing LLC and every form, phone line, and text conversation we operate.
By using this website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the site.
Information we collect
We collect three kinds of information, and no more than we need to do the work:
- Information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, service address, and whatever you tell us about the job when you submit a form, call, or text.
- Information collected automatically — standard web and device data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time on site, gathered by our site and analytics provider.
- Information from the services we run on — confirmations and delivery records from our scheduling, payment, and messaging providers relating to work you have asked us to do.
How we use your information
- To answer your request, quote the work, and schedule it.
- To reach you about a job in progress — arrival windows, delays, access, and completion.
- To send appointment reminders, invoices, and receipts.
- To send offers or follow-ups, only where you have opted in to receive them.
- To keep our records and meet tax, insurance, and licensing obligations.
- To see which pages bring us work, using aggregated site analytics.
Text messaging and mobile information
When you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on one of our forms, you are agreeing to receive text messages from Delta Exterior Washing LLC at that number, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Message frequency varies with the job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not cancel work already scheduled — we will reach you another way.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We use your mobile number and your consent record only to communicate with you about your request and to show our messaging provider and the carriers that you agreed to be contacted.
A note on text message consent
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described above, and that information is not shared with any third party.
How long we keep it
We keep job records, invoices, and warranty documentation for as long as we need them to stand behind our work and to meet tax, insurance, and legal requirements. Enquiries that never became jobs are kept for a reasonable period and then removed. Consent records for text messaging are kept for as long as you are opted in, and for a period afterwards as proof that consent was given.
How we protect it
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we limit access to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we have collected and to request its deletion. Use the contact details below and we will honor those requests to the extent the law requires.
- Texts — reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Calls — tell us and we will note it on your record.
- Access, correction, or deletion — email us at [email protected] or call us at (225) 413-5388 and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We will verify who you are before we act.
- We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
Children's privacy
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
